I connect well to Ajegunle. My ties to that bubbling part of Lagos goes back to 1968 when my father drove through there with me, on the way to visit with a relation who was a warder in Kirikiri Prison. In more recent times my visits to Ajegunle have been to encourage the spirit of enterprise and sense of self –worth in its youth, as well as improving the quality of life those who live in that community experience
